Contract

Article 26, Enforcement Ordinance of Act on Contracts Signed with the Government or Enforcement Ordinance of Act on Contracts Signed with the Local Government Contract with a third-party based on unit price shall be signed when it is sole sourcing according to Article 25.

Support for sales channels

• Priority purchase of products developed by SMEs’ technologies
• A policy that requires more than 10% of procurements made by public organizations to be quality products made with SMEs’ technologies with the goal to support SMEs’ sales and encourage continue R&D.
